There are no returns for our digital products because they are digital. Once you’ve received them there’s no point returning them because you’ve got a permanent copy of the original. After you have made your payment, your confirmation details will be emailed to the email address you provided. When you receive your confirmation email and download links please be prompt to download the digital products you have purchased from us because there may be a time limit on the download link to prevent sharing the link. If you cannot download the digital products that you paid for please use the contact page for Customer Service.
In the unlikely event you are unable to access the file or product you have purchased we will send you an alternative link. If that fails due to our fault we may refund your payment. To qualify for a refund, you must provide us with a screenshot or photograph of the error page displayed when you try to access the file or product. You must notify us within 7 days from date of purchase. We will not give a refund if you do not report the problem within 7 days or without you providing us with a screenshot or photograph of the error page that displayed when you tried to access the file download or product.
